Managing Consultant

As a Managing Consultant, you assume full ownership of complex cloud-native engagements, covering delivery, client relationships, team development, and commercial success. Operating at the intersection of technology, business, and organizational dynamics, this role plays a key part in delivering sustainable impact for both clients and TrueFullstaq.

Bringing clarity to complex environments is essential, combining strategic insight with disciplined execution to translate ambition into tangible results. A genuine focus on people is equally important. In this role, you are responsible for supporting the development and performance of your team, fostering an environment where consultants can grow, excel, and thrive. Strong expertise in people management and talent development, together with a passion for building collaborative and high-performing teams, are key to success.

As a valued member of the Consulting Management Team, you report directly to the Chief of Consulting & Expert Services.

What you do

·       Lead complex cloud-native programs in international environments

·       Ensure delivery excellence (scope, budget, quality) through strong governance and risk management

·       Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

·       Translate business challenges into scalable cloud-native solutions

·       Drive business development (cross-sell, up-sell, pipeline ownership)

·       Lead and develop your team, focusing on performance, engagement, and growth

·       Contribute to scalable propositions and thought leadership

How you work

You combine ownership with pragmatism. You know when to go deep and when to steer on outcomes. You bring structure in complex environments and continuously improve delivery using modern tooling, including AI.

 What you bring

·       Proven experience as a Lead or Managing Consultant in IT consultancy

·       Strong experience in complex, long-term enterprise transformations

·       Solid understand of cloud principles (Kubernetes, DevOps, DevSecOps)

·       Strong stakeholder management at senior level

·       Analytical and structured mindset

·       Commercial drive and ownership

·       Strong people leadership and team development skills
