Senior Delivery Lead Cloud & Security

At TrueFullstaq, we're looking for a senior Delivery Lead Cloud & Security who can take ownership of strategic customer engagements and lead critical cloud-native transformation initiatives from vision to successful execution. 

In this role, you are far more than a project manager. You act as a trusted advisor to customers, manage strategic accounts, provide executive-level guidance, and ensure that complex programmes deliver measurable business outcomes. Youcombine leadership, commercial awareness, and technical credibility to build long-lasting customer relationships while enabling engineering teams to perform at their best. 

You'll work alongside some of the most experienced cloud-native engineers, platform specialists, and security experts in the industry, helping organisations modernise their technology landscape and accelerate their cloud journey. 

Your Impact 

As a senior Delivery Lead, you will: 

• Lead enterprise-scale cloud and security transformation programmes in complex customer environments. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for key customer stakeholders, building trusted relationships at both operational and executive levels. 

• Own programme governance, budgets, planning, risk management, and successful delivery outcomes. 

• Provide strategic steering to customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities for growth and further value creation. 

• Translate business goals into actionable delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes. 

• Guide organisations through cloud migrations, platform modernisation initiatives, and security-driven transformation programmes. 

• Create alignment across engineering teams, customer organisations, suppliers, and executive stakeholders. 

• Facilitate steering committees, governance boards, executive reviews, and critical decision-making sessions. 

• Drive accountability, transparency, and predictability throughout the programme lifecycle. 

• Support the growth and development of engineering teams by creating clear structures and fostering effective collaboration.

What You'll Bring 

• 8+ years of experience in delivery leadership, programme management, engagement management, or consulting leadership roles. 

• Proven experience leading large-scale cloud, infrastructure, platform, or security transformation programmes. 

• Strong experience working in consultancy environments and managing strategic customer relationships. 

• Demonstrated success in executive stakeholder management and governance-driven organisations. 

• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, manage risks, and contribute to account growth. 

• Experience leading multi-vendor programmes and complex delivery ecosystems. 

• Affinity with cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, platform engineering, DevOps, and modern infrastructure platforms. 

• Understanding of security, compliance, governance, and regulated enterprise environments. 

• Outstanding communication and leadership skills. 

• A structured, ownership-driven, and highly accountable way of working.
